The MET gala has always been one of the most talked about events in the fashion and beauty world. It an annual fundraising ball for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s costume institute in New York City. It serves as an opening celebration for the institute’s annual fashion exhibit. It is considered to be the fashion industry’s premier red carpet event, it is the day when all the stars literally descend.
Every year, the event has a theme which sets the tone for the exhibit as well as the guests who have to style and dress up as per the theme. This year’s theme was ‘Art of the In- Between’: Comme des Garçons.

b)Selena Gomez and her makeup artist Hung Vanngo made the neon pink eyeshadow work by keeping everything else very minimalistic and simple.
c) Jennifer Connelly’s artist did an ombré version of the pink eyeshadow which added a lot of depth and dimension to her eyes and of course, she rocked it with her own persona.

a) Cara Delevingne shone and HOW! Her makeup artist Romy Soleimani stuck actual crystals all along her cheekbones and forehead for a shiny twinkly effect.
b) For Brie Larson it was all in the tiny details- makeup artist Rachel Goodwin stuck pearls along her metallic cat eye.
